The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
✰ All of items are handmade to order, we inspect every single item very carefully before we ship out, you cannot return or exchange the item unless defective.
✰ Defective means that the item is not OK upon arrival, if the item is OK upon arrival and buyer already used it, they cannot claim it is defective.
✰ When the item is not OK upon arrival, buyer should contact us in 3 days upon arrival and if we agree to accept the return, buyer should mail it out in 7 days upon receiving, otherwise that return won't be accepted.
✰ This is not a life time service item, we see some people(0.5%) try to turn it to the quality problem to get the item free after they already used and broke the item(sometimes on purpose), if they already used and broke it, they should pay for parts, labor and reshipping.
✰ Buyer cannot return or exchange the item for the wrong size or color as all items are handmade to order.

Bracelet is nice. Does not come in a nice packaging so if you are doing a gift you do need to wrap it
